These buildings were a tannery until the mid 1950's. More recently it was
storage for a wholesaler called Milwaukee Notions as well as offices for a
few smaller companies. For as large as the place is, there isn't really much
to deserve attention, especially on a cold winter night.

Yummy.
More Junkyard.
The roof of one of the buildings had ridiculously high
snowdrifts, as junkyard was kind enough to
demonstrate for me.

Entering on the ground floor, we found several vehicles ranging from
bare chassis to nearly complete. Their reason for being there was
impossible to discern

Junkyard
This was once a security office. Cables for cameras still run across the ceiling
and out of the wall, though cameras and monitors are long gone.

I'm obviously not used to shooting in winter. (That's breath, not fog)
Junkyard thinks this substation hasn't been used since the tannery closed. The equipment is quite old and one of the lockout tags was dated 1952.
