Of Advantare:
People of Advantare assimilate themselves in the society, making them hard to distinguish from one another. However, there are 3 major societies in Advantare, the kingdom (government, royal family), scholars (scientists, researchers), and religious (priests). People who are not members of any of the societies are considered commoners. There is also a 4th society headed by the kingdom, namely the militia, but many people choose to ignore this society as war is viewed as sinful. There is also a rumour that within the militia, there’s an assassin organisation with the sole purpose of eliminating The Animal Linked (The Graced & The Spirit Gifted)…
- Humans: They are natural inhabitants of Advantare; as a matter of fact, they are the initial inhabitants of Advantare in the old days. People of Advantare are very intelligent, and its inhabitants excel in knowledge, either maths, physic, chemistry or medical.
- The Bound Ones: It is said that when Kysianth knew that Eliyoniell made a country and chose 13 people to be the Animal Spirits’ messengers, he chose 13 people as well to be his messenger. It is said one way or another that all their 26 destinies will cross each other one point in their life. Unfortunately, no one can tell whether s/he is The Bound Ones or not, as there is no significant sign to it. That’s why it’s often said, 100 may appear as The Bound, but only 13 will rise as The Bound Ones.
- Androids: After their advance in medical technology, Advantare use it to cure people. I.e. people who have disability with their hand can have their hand replaced by a mechanical hand. The technology has advanced so far that it is possible to replace someone wholly, removing their nerve system only to an android body. However, this is viewed as unethical and will not be done if there’s no good reason to do so.
- Cyborg: Advantare is advanced enough that they’re actually able to create an artificial being from scratch, something which Magerunians loathe because it is against the law of nature. For additional note, it is rumoured that Advantareans is able to clone human, but the truth still needs to be proven.
Of Magerune:
People of Magerune are, simply speaking, diverse. Magerunians don’t have major societies, instead they have minor clans/tribes. Unlike Advantare where the three main societies are defined, in Magerune there are too many clans to be defined. Magician is one of the bigger clan, followed next by The Spirit Bearer. Contradictory to people’s hope, The Animal Linked (The Graced & The Spirit Gifted) do not form a clan. They go on their separate ways while (almost) avoiding each other (it is well known that either The Graced or The Spirit Gifted often fight among themselves).
- Humans: Following the legend, then humans are not the natural inhabitants of Magerune, as in the myth it was the Animal Spirits who first inhabited Magerune. However, Magerunians are usually born with the Gift of magic, and those who are not can learn it easily. Some Advantareans said this was due of their sinful inheritance (in the myth, some Magerunians marry the Animal Spirits instead of another human).
- The Graced: They are considered to be the ones chosen by Eliyoniell to be the Animal Spirits’ messengers. There will only be 13 people, and they are quite distinguishable from The Spirit Gifted. These people’s soul will be linked to an animal, but the animal will not be their companion. Instead, the animal’s soul will merge with their soul, giving them any ability the animal possess. Because of the nature of the animals connected with The Graced, sometimes they are also called the Beast Master (in some cases, it is Legendary Beast Master).
- The Spirit Gifted: These people are considered gifted, and they are quite rare (The Graced is even rarer). When these people are born, their soul will be linked to an animal which is born at the same time with them, which is a rare occurrence. They will seek each other (but usually they will be nearby), and when they meet they will be companion until they die. I.e. a man is linked to a cat, he can understand what the cat talk about (no one else will understand what the cat says), he can taste what the cat eat, he can feel the cat’s pain and vice versa. In a sense, all their senses are one. And it is also well known that when one die of any cause, the other will die soon for grief cause.
- The Spirit Bearer: These people are believed to be the descendant of the people who married the Animal Spirits. Their normal appearance was neither human nor animals. One may has the appearance of a wolf, yet he walk on two legs and speak human language. Occasionally, they can transform themselves into humans or into animals whose blood they inherited. They usually live like gypsies, wandering from one place to another while befriending nature. Magerunians view The Spirit Bearer as their companion in Freedom and in nature, but Advantareans view them as monsters which need to be eliminated.
