Madhya Pradesh Glychem Industries Limited (MPGIL), an existing profit making Company, having its registered office at 201 Mahakosh House, 7/5 South Tukoganj, Indore 452 001 is engaged in processing soybean and milk. It intends to take up manufacturing of Refined Oil and Vanaspati at Ward no. 9 Bijoyram Chak, Haldia 721 602(W.B.). The project cost has been estimated at Rs. 450.00 million, pro-posed to be financed through a term loan of Rs. 270.00 million, internal accruals of Rs. 100.00 million and rest through equity of Rs. 80.00 million. The company has approached MPCON to undertake appraisal of this proposal. MPCON has studied the requirements of the Company and keeping in view, inter-alia, the information and disclosure furnished by the Company - orally and expressly - MPCON has undertaken the appraisal of the project, and the same is furnished in the following paragraphs.
