It can take you just about anywehere in a matter of seconds. Just try it pick up a good book and watch the worries of the world float away for a few precious minutes, or hours. I encourage everyone to pick up a book of interest, a newspaper or a magazine and whisk away into an ultimate relaxation theraputic experience. Forget about the candles, incense and other popular aromatherapy methods. A good read will tap into all of your five senses. I dare you go ahead give it a try. Not into reading that much try audiobooks a definite experience nothing like a soothing voice to take you away also. It's so many audiobook titles out there now.
