| WF, TX is home to (supposedly, don't yell at me if I'm wrong) the largest bike ride in the world - called the Hotter n' Hell Hundred (an appropriate name considering the standard weather conditions) | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Due to the lack of snow, Wichitans make the holidays festive with lights; lots and lots of lights. The biggest example would be The Fantasy of Lights , a lovely display indeed | ||||||||||||||||||||
| We have a symphony, a Jr League Hockey team, there's the falls themselves (they're fake, though), its an easy drive to DFW, OKC, just north of us in OK are the Wichita Mountains with great hiking, camping, and the Meers Store!! | ||||||||||||||||||||
| We have Falls Fest every year, its a good way to spend a weekend, and they always dig up a fun band. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| And of course we have rodeos, parades with lots of cowboys on horses, car racing, etc, etc. Its not a bad place to live once you get used to it - kinda grows on you and I actually enjoy living here. | ||||||||||||||||||||
