Molly is so much differant than Mikayla. She is more laid back, content, and eats alot! There are a few mannerisms that remind us of Mikayla, but overall they seem opposite so far. The first two hours after being born, Molly just quietly looked around at her new world and didn't make a noise. Mikayla cried the first two hours.
It is so fun to watch Mikayla's response with the baby. At the hospital, we don't think she realized it was our baby. Now that we are all home it is setting in. She doesn't seem to be real jealous of the attention yet. The only real problem bedtime. She thinks she will miss out on something if she sleeps and doesn't want to be alone. As soon as she hears a peep from the baby she is up and in our room. She is always trying to help baby Molly to, and we are working on being gentle! It will take time I guess. |
