To mine a rock in runescape, first you need the appropriate lvl (see below), and secondly you need to know where to mine. To mine a rock you need to buy or find a pick axe. There is a respawn in barbarian village. And then you need to prospect to find out what the rock contains. Finally to mine it you need to left click on the rock. O.K now, a new twist has been added to mining. Now, after mining a certain amount of ore for your characters mining level you have to go to a bed and rest by clicking on it, this makes your fatigue go back to 0% and you can mine again.
