SEASON
WRAPUP
I always do a summary of the season and try to make a comment or two about each player, so here goes!!  First of all my coaches.   Many thanks to a great assistant coaches, Kevin Townsend, Drew Townsend and Brian Gray.  I felt we had the best coaching staff in the league.

Now the players....

Meredith Koerber - Meredith has a qulaity I always look for in a player.  She is unafraid to try anything on the court.  Her strength was her defense and that will always be a plus for her.

Kameron Snyder - Kameron has a whole bunch of skills for a 4th grader.  As she continues to grow this girls will be a top-notch player no matter where she plays.

Cassadie Sayger - Cassadie did a great job underneath the basket all season.  She is one of those few players who just has a nose for the ball.  She found ways to get rebounds when noone else could.

Charlotte Gray - As Charlotte continues to grow, she will only get better.  Her outside shot was a strength for us and I am willing to bet will be a weapon for her down the road.

Brittany Deskins - Brittany is one of those few players who just has a great all-around game.  She can play defense, rebound and has good offensive skills.  It's real hard to keep her off the court if you a re a coach.

Megan Martin - Megan played great for us down in the blocks.  I remember several games in which she got the key rebound to keep us in the game.  As her offensive skills continue to mature, she will be a very good post player.

Sam Farley - Sam is one of those players every coach wants on their team.  She is a great teammate and will do anything asked of her on the court.  As she continues to work on her shot, she will be tough in the coming years.  Her defense is already there!

Courtney Townsend
- Courtney had a great tournament.  She kept us in the games with her strong play in the post.  When she is focused and plays strong, she can't be stopped.

Hannah Dailey - Hannah has the ability to "blow up" the other team.  When she gets going it totally disrupts her opponent.  She has the ability to put up some really big numbers on offense and I will be watching the paper when she plays high school ball.

Allison Peroni - Allison is the ultimate point guard.  She broke down defenses all season and was a true leader.  If she starts shooting more, she also will put up big numbers.  Her defense was aslo strong all season.

Girls, it has been an honor to be your coach this season.  I hope I taught each one of you something that you can take forward and use in your upcoming careers.
THANKS FOR A GREAT SEASON!
