Michael Myers is is one of the scarier bad guys from the Halloween series (8 movies).  Below you will find information about that movie/s and my critique - keep in mind this is my opinion only.  Also I have just included the main characters in my cast - who remembers the others anyway!

Synopsis

It was Halloween night in 1963 when 6 year old Michael Myers brutally murdered his 17-year-old sister, Judith. He was sentenced to the a sanitarium for his vicious crime. There, he remained locked away although not forgotten for the next 15 years awaiting trial on his 21st birthday.
But on October 30, 1978, things changed. While being transferred for a court date, 21-year-old Michael stole a car and escaped. He returns to his quiet hometown of Haddonfield, where he begins to follow three young women.
Their only hope is Dr. Loomis, Michael's childhood psychiatrist who has followed Michael's trail back to Haddonfield. Loomis enlists the help of town sheriff Leigh Brackett, who happens to be Annie's father. 
A pulsating finale will have horror fans squealing with their hands over their eyes as Michael stalks innocent Laurie, praying that Dr. Loomis will rescue her. He is the only one who knows just how evil Michael really is.  Unfortunately, after this movie there are another 7!!!  The only ones I liked were this one, and the other one I will preview.  Basically the five other ones were just Michael running around killing pretty young virgins who are about to lose their virginity to their boyfriends.  Tried and trialed again and again - and yes Michael Myers gives me the willies almost as much as Candyman.  There's just something frightening about guys in  masks wearing tattered clothing (yes Jason Voorhees gives me the chills too).

He's back....well ok, he's been back 5 times in between the first one and this one, but those don't count!!!  This was great.  I really liked it, and was able to get satisfyingly scared out of my sox, which to me signifies movie talent.  It's now 20 years since Laurie survived her brother's vicious attack.  Single, with a name change to Keri Tate, and a 17 year old son, John, she is the headmistress of a private school in the small, secluded town of Summer Glen, California.
Living in fear of that fateful Halloween, Keri is still haunted daily by her brother, Michael Myers, whom she believes is still alive, and biding his time before he comes after her *again*.
In Illinois, Michael ransacks the home of Marion, who was the nurse of the late Dr. Loomis. There, he finds all the information on his sister (of course he has to kill everybody in the vicinity!)
Back in Summer Glen, the whole Academy goes on a field trip to Yosemite National Park, leaving the entire campus deserted, with the exception of a few - namely John, his girlfriend Molly, and their friends Charlie and Sarah, who want to have a Halloween party of their own.
Once again, Michael crashes the party, brutally murdering the extra's until it's down to just Keri, her old boyfriend, and her son.  Who do you think wins - keeping in mind they are releasing yet another Halloween movie this year (Halloween: Resurrection)
