| What Mike Says: Well OK here it is, the movie we (slasher fans) have been waiting for. Was it as good as all the hype? Well Honestly I thought It was a great film but it could have been much better!! I'm am not a fan of Freddy at all!! Well OK I like his wise cracks before he kills someone but other then that, I hate him. If I want to see a wise cracking killer I go see Chucky from the Child's Play movies. I don't understand why people like Freddy, he rapes and kills kids! He's pure evil!! Jason on the other hand never killed a child or animals. He saw his mom get her head cut off by a woman at the camp. Plus Jason is retarded he doesn't understand right from wrong. All he knows is death. He drowned as a boy then sees his mom die....he never new love. That is why I am a Jason fan!! Anyway sorry about that now to the movie. Well It takes place right after Jason Goes To Hell movie and right after Freddy's Dead!! So there both in hell. Well since Freddy wants to come back to Elm Street, he needs help from Jason to bring fear back to his town. So he is in Jason's dream and pretends to be Jason's mother, (The only person Jason ever loved). Freddy tells Jason to go to Elm. Street and bring fear to the town. Jason not knowing it's Freddy goes. Well to make a long story short, Jason brings fear to Elm Street and reminds the kids about Freddy!! Well Freddy can now rise from the dead and start to kill again. Jason Realizes that he was a pawn in Freddy's game and he is out to settle a score. Well they fight!! I got to say the fights between them remind me of a WWE match!! They fight twice once in Jason's Dream and once at Camp Crystal Lake. I believe Jason one the last match..I won't say why or how but I do think he did!! It's not a bad movie I just wished it was more of a Jason film. I heard they will make a part 2 and bring someone else into the mix.. I heard they may bring Michael Myers from the Halloween movies in it. I like that idea but get rid of Freddy and just have the two silent killers go at it!! There almost the same they both have masks and neither of them talk, There really both equally matched unlike Freddy who can go into dreams! Jason Vs. Michael would rock! I think it is scarier to have a killer you can't talk to or even reason with, then it is to have a guy like Freddy or Chucky and all they do is talk and make jokes while you die. I think it turns into a comedy like the Child's Play movies are started to become. Anyway, Great movie but it has it flaws like any other movie out there!! WE NEED MORE GIRL SLASHER MOVIES!! No one would believe a sweet sexy girl would kill you...Why is mostly men slashers out there?? Oh well!! Anyway if you love slasher movies pick this one up!! |
