Revenge is always an option......

Forgiveness is not something that is even considered in this film. Of course, how do you forgive murder? Wendy, Kelly, Jude, and Nick are all children playing in a run-down abandoned house. What game are they playing? A game called "Killers" which seems to be their version of hide-and-seek. Robin, Kim, and Alex Hammond all come upon the house and their friends yell at them from inside the house to come and join them. Kim forgot her geography book and has to go back to school to get it but encourages Alex and Robin to begin playing. While playing, Wendy, Jude, Kelly, and Nick all scare Robin so bad that she falls out of a window to her death below. Wendy makes each of the children swear never to talk about what had happened and they all leave. Six years later, the Hammond family still miss Robin. They visit her grave before going to work and school that day. Strangely enough, every member of the little group that killed Robin starts receiving strange phone calls. At the same time, a psycho, the psycho that was blamed for Robin Hammond's murder escapes: Leonard Murch. Things have really changed. Kim, Kelly, and Jude all remained friends and Kim is dating Nick. The only problem is that Nick dated Wendy for a while and she refuses to let go. She will do anything to get Nick back including dating the school pervert Lou and planning to put Prom royalty, Nick and Kim through absolute Prom Night hell. Prom Night all of Kim's friends start turning up murdered. Is Wendy psycho enough to kill all of the others that were involved with Robin Hammond's murder? Or maybe she hired school pervert Lou? Or maybe Kim Hammond knows what really happened and takes justice into her own hands? This is an old film, but you gotta see it!

The first time I actually watched this film was to do this review. I have tried before and could not get into it because the sound is bad on my tape. It intrigued me but the thread that held the plot together was loose before the last few minutes of the movie. I had figured out who the killer was! I do that quite often when I watch movies but I always enjoy movies that make it harder to figure out what is going on. This movie seemed to hand the killer's identity to you on a silver platter. There were some intense killing scenes somewhat reminiscent of Friday the 13th. Also the Prom Night seemed to be a little Carrie-esque. I can give it points for that but after I figured out who the killer was before it was time, the intrigue and my interest was over.
