"That girl is poison."

The movie begins with Ivy , Violet, and Joy Greer playing together. Ivy and Violet's mother is the housekeeper in the Greer household and has been having an affair with Joy's father. She is let go after the wife finds out. When Violet had to leave, Joy gave her favorite doll to her. When Violet is between 18-20, she reappears and visits Joy at her home. Joy invites her to stay but her father is reluctant considering the past he had with her mother. But Joy is insistent and she does stay. She stays in Joy's mother's old room. She still has the doll and talks to it like it is a real person. Violet introduces Joy to heavy alcoholic drinks and later that day she checks out Joy's room and reads letters from her boyfriend Michael. Violet appears jealous of Michael and Joy's relationship and is angered after she is teased by Joy's rich Ivy League friends at a party. Later that night, she watches as Joy gets Michael worked up and pushes him away. When he comes down, Violet seduces him. As it goes along, Violet is interested to find out that Michael used to have a drug problem. She tells Michael that Joy thinks they are moving too fast and maybe they should see other people. He does not accept that. However, later he and Violet are together again. She taunts him with cocaine and he takes it and they are together. She sets it up so that Joy will find out Michael was on Coke and ruins his relationship and occupational security. Joy and her father are next in her path. What will she do next?

This plot is pretty easy to figure out from the very beginning. Of course, if you have seen the other two Poison Ivy movies, you know what you are in for. Honestly, I only watched this movie because Greg Vaughan was in it. I have liked him ever since he was "Dan Gordon" on the tv series "Charmed". His performance was far from lackluster and let's just say that the view of him was not bad either! I hated it when Violet killed him! I thought the acts by Violet at the end with Joy were very interesting and I guess besides the parts with Greg, those were my favorite scenes. There are not really any great storylines, but lots of viewing pleasure for members of both sexes!
