His best friend was murdered..now he's out for justice!:

"Out for Justice" begins with Brooklyn born cops Gino Felino and Bobby Lupo staking out a prostitution ring. However, Gino blows their cover when a pimp starts knocking around a pregnant hooker. The pimp threatens him and Gino puts him through the windshield of a nearby car. The story then shifts to Bobby Lupo, Gino's partner, who is out with his family in town and gets shot by hotshot Richie McDano in front of his wife and kids. He then throws a picture on Bobby's dying body and leaves. Amazingly, the picture is never found at the scene of the crime. The same day Gino is spending some time with his son, Tony because he and his wife Vicky are separated and it is his time to have the boy. Just as they are about to go out of the door, Gino gets the call about Bobby getting killed and rushes to the scene, dropping Tony off at his grandparents along the way. After Gino is on the scene and finds out it was Richie who did this, he wants to know why and he tells his captain that he will get Richie. Vicky begs him not to go through with it and to let another cop do it , but Gino is insistent.Gino starts checking in with his contacts to see what he can find out about a connection between Bobby and Richie. Gino is close to catching Richie and then it seems he always manages to get away. All of Richie's siblings are into dirty business and Gino mows his way through them, sometimes abusing his power to try to get some information. Later after searching Bobby's desk at the office, Gino finds some clues that solve the mystery leading to Bobby's death. Bobby was dirty and someone covered up and important detail concerning his death.

First of all, this is my all-time favorite Seagal film. The action in this movie is top-notch and it is so intense that you are constantly on the edge of your seat, waiting to see what is going to happen next. Will Gino catch Richie? How many people will Richie kill before Gino finds him? I loved Seagal using the Brooklyn accent in his character. He did it so well! The movie as a whole was great, but there was one part I loved the most. There is a scene where Seagal busts in Vinnie's , Richie's brother, club and ends up being involved in an awesome barroom fight. Right before that happens, Seagal fires his gun and Vinnie tells him to be careful because he could have shot somebody upstairs. And Gino answers "But there ain't nobody upstairs!" Vinnie asks, "Why? Did you bust in it, jerk?" and Gino answers and looks thoughtful, "I don't recall." I am always repeating those lines when my friends and I speak about this movie. There is one part in the middle that is all music and no dialogue and it just shows people that Gino is talking to and the things that Richie and his gang are doing. It is kind of slow and a little boring. However, once it gets through that part in the middle, this movie is good to go! This is a total action ride for any true action fan!
