Aliens are snatching bodies!

The story begins with a violent aggressive coach on the football field. All of the money ends up going to the football team instead of other academic clubs (just like real life! imagine that!) . Ms. Drake, the principal, stays late one evening and so does the coach. Mrs. Olson, one of the teachers already left. Coach Wallace attacks Ms. Drake and chases her through the school. Finally she reaches the front door and it is chained shut with a padlock. Ms. Olson is on the other side and Ms. Drake begs her to help her. She acts like she will and lets Drake out only to kill her. The next few frames we meet some of the prominent kids at school. Casey Connor, a photographer for the school newspaper who gets picked on and beat up unmercifully every day of his life. Delilah Profit, who is working on the newspaper and is head cheerleader who is also dating...Stan, the quarterback of the football team who now would rather concentrate on his studies rather than play football. Zeke, a boy who had to repeat his senior year but is really a genius who sells drugs and different other items at school to the kids. Stokely,a girl a lot of people think is a lesbian but just really does not like contact with other people. Last of all, Mary Beth, a sweet blond southern girl from Atlanta, Georgia who immediately seems to have a "thing" for Zeke. The kids start to see strange things they cannot understand. Casey finds an organism that no one has ever discovered before on the football field. Water revives it and it bites the Biology teacher. Later Casey and Delilah watch as the Coach and Ms. Olson transfer one of those organisms into the school nurse. Casey tells his parents and they all think he is crazy. But the other kids around him start to believe him and they must bind together to find a way to stop the aliens before they take over the world!

This movie is fast-paced science fiction thriller with some horror. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie all the way through. I think my favorite character was Zeke. He has such a high IQ yet he is misunderstood enough to use it for the wrong reasons at first. Then the products of his evil actually help them against the aliens that are taking over the school. I also liked the part where Casey found the new organism and they were looking at it in Biology class. That was intriguing just watching it come alive in the fish tank with its feelers and everything. I personally do not believe in aliens but it is a neat concept and I will watch it in a movie. There is nothing in this movie I think should be changed. Looking for a good sci-fi thriller? Pick it up!
