Pain rages on!

Rachel Lang started out having a rough life and it never stopped. As a child, hER MOTHER FOUND OUT THAT HER DAUGHTER HAD TELEKINETIC POWERS AND SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS POSSESSED. rACHEL was taken away from her mother when her mother was placed in a mental hospital. She was placed in a bad foster home with parents who cared only about the $300.00 a month they got for having rachel in their house. She too was a social misfit much like carrie, but rachel did not seem to mind. that is, until society started screwing in her life. she meets her friend before school and her friend lisa says that she wants rachel to meet her boyfriend and she seemed so happy. then right before lunch, lisa jumps from a tall building and does a swan dive onto a car below. rachel just cannot understand why her friend would want to commit suicide.

the night of lisa's suicide, rachel goes to her job at the photo lab and finds pictures that lisa had taken of herself and a football player named eric stark. the pictures are brought to the teachers and police and eric stark is questioned and accused. rachel and the others find out that lisa committed suicide because eric had told her she was "only a pump" and did not mean anything to him. the football players had made a game of sleeping with certain girls and then they would put points down in their score book by each players name for each girl they had slept with. but there was one player who did not want to be that way: Jesse Ryan. we see jesse at the beginning participating in the low down activities with the other football players but after he notices rachel lang, everything changes. jesse only has eyes for rachel. he would do anything for her.

but the horror of rachel's life just seems to get worse. she is threatened by the football players because of what she knows about eric and she is teased. jesse is angered by the way they are treating rachel and the one football player apologizes and even offers to let jesse and rachel use his parents weekend house as a getaway. jesse agrees and he and rachel haVE A ROMANTIC NIGHT TOGETHER. RACHEL IS THEN INVITED TO ONE OF THE BIG PARTIES OF THE SEASON AND SHE GETS TO THE PARTY BEFORE JESSE. ALL OF THE GUYS SEEM TO BE NICE TO HER, BUT THEN IT TAKES A TURN FOR THE WORSE WHEN RACHEL SEES WHAT IS PROJECTED UPON THE TELEVISION SCREEN ABOVE HER HEAD. THE RAGE BECOMES TOO MUCH AND SHE CAN NO LONGER CONTROL HERSELF.

TO NOT BE A STEPHEN KING FILM, THIS MOVIE WAS AWESOME. I DID READ THAT STEPHEN KING CREATED THE CHARACTERS SO HE DID HAVE A LITTLE HAND IN IT. THE ENDING IS VERY GRAPHIC BUT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A COST, RACHEL GETS JUSTICE. tHE ENDING IS A LITTLE LIKE THE FIRST CARRIE BUT YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WATCH IT TO SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. IF YOU LIKED CARRIE, THE RAGE, CARRIE 2 IS A MUST SEE!!

oN A RATING OF 1 TO 10, ONE BEING THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND 10 BEING THE BEST, I would have to give this film a 10: THE EFFECTS WERE WELL PUT TOGETHER AND THE ACTORS DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB! THE ENDING IS NOT NECESSARILY HAPPY BUT IT IS SUFFICIENT.
