Every family has a black sheep......

It's true. Every family has a black sheep. However, Mike Donnelly is one black sheep that cannot seem to stop embarrassing his brother Al, who is running for Governor. At the beginning of the movie, Mike crashes a campaign truck into a movie theater and Al decides that he needs Mike to help with small details in his campaign so he will stay out of trouble. Steve, a person in Al's campaign, volunteers to help him keep Mike in line if he will give him a staff position after everything is all over. Al agrees and Steve then is on his way to meet Mike. Meanwhile, Mike has his own life working at the rec center and making campaign calls for Al in his spare time. Governor Tracy then sets up Mike to look like he is doing drugs and drinking with a bunch of kids and then he gets fired from his beloved job. Mike is crushed but things get even worse after Tracy's people start a fire at the rec center and make it look like Mike did it. Al tells Steve to get Mike out of town so Steve takes Mike to a cabin in the woods where they campaign all throughout. All Steve has to do now is to keep the black sheep out of the limelight long enough for Al to be elected. But will it be enough?

"Black Sheep" is another great Spade/Farley film! Farley's antics as Mike make the film just that more enjoyable! I believe my favorite part is after Mike screams in the woods, an avalanche of rocks commence and a big boulder hits the house, making it off balance and tilting. They go back inside and Steve says, "Hey look! The only thing that's holding this refridgerator here is this cord." When he touches the cord, it pulls out and the fridge lands on Mike. He screams. Steve asks if he is okay and Mike says he is except he has a giant bowl of chocolate pudding in his pants. Steve then informs them they don't have any chocolate pudding in the fridge. I always laugh at that part!

I sure miss Chris Farley. What other actor would do such dangerous stunts just for a laugh? I don't know many. I used to watch him on SNL and every character I watch always reminds me of that. He is truly missed.

Overall, this is a very funny movie. I liked Tommy Boy a little better because it had Drama/Romance/Comedy but this was one was okay. If you liked the Farley/Spade team, it is definitely one that you will want to see!
