Bill and Ted go to where?

Yes, that's right. Bill and Ted actually go to HELL when they begin their "Bogus Journey". The movie begins with San Dimas in 2001 (which supposedly would be super-advanced and ultra-futuristic but as we all know, we are not). Students go to class and are encouraged to wear headphones while they do their homework. Bill and Ted have brought peace to the world with their music and Rufus uses the time machine for his music history classes he teaches. Chuck DeNomolos, Rufus's old gym coach breaks up the happy class and announces that he is going to go back in time and rewrite history using "bad" versions of Bill and Ted which are nothing more than robots he has built. He sends "Evil" Bill and Ted back to mess up the true version of history thus rewriting it and putting himself into a ruling position. They begin by messing up "Good" Bill and Ted's love life by pretending they are their girlfriends on the telephone. "Good" Bill and Ted had just got engaged to the princesses and they cannot understand why they would want to break it off with them. Evil versions meet good ones when the robots show up at Bill and Ted's apartment. They convince the real ones that they will help them and they go with them, only to be killed. Bill and Ted as ghosts fool Death and try to possess other people so they will get their message across to someone. Only this fails also as Missy sends them to Hell. Then it gets a little scary...nah, just a lot of comedy!! Can Bill and Ted make it to the princesses in time to save them from the evil robots and also save the world all in one day?

I saw both Bill and Ted movies at the theater and loved them! I thought the second one was much more "excellent" than the first one. I guess it was because of all of the special effects. I am a sucker for a good flick with great special effects! One of my favorite parts is when they are playing games with Death. If they win, they get to go back to Earth and Death has to do whatever they say. If they lose, they stay in Hell forever! Death tries every kind of game and still loses! My other favorite part is when Bill and Ted get sent to their own personal Hells. Ted is attacked by the Easter Bunny and Bill is chased by his nasty grandmother who wants a kiss. It was quite funny to find out that Alex Winter also played the grandmother in that scene. I never would have guessed! My favorite character in this movie, of course, was Ted! He had a cute hairdo and he "totally had the 'dude' voice going on"! Everything in this movie was done so much better than their Excellent Adventure! It turns out the "Bogus Journey" was not so bogus after all.
