ABOUT ME |
Blessing was our first
child. She was so wanted. We got pregnant very quickly. We
had a scan at 9 weeks and was told everything was okay,
little did we know it wasn't. All of the blood tests came
back negative, even the Alpha-protein test! That's why I
wouldn't believe something was wrong when the scan on 21st
July 2002 confirmed Anencephaly. My Partner Mark and I
hadn't even heard of this. We were so shocked. We've got
so many memories of our beautiful baby girl. She will
forever be on our minds. She was so strong, a fighter. It
makes us mad that things like this happen with no
explanation. If any one knows what causes it, please
