Hi
my name is Jessica and my husband's name is Robert. We
found out about our baby's anencephaly at a routine
ultrasound. As I'm sure you all understand we were devastated. This was our first baby and we were really
excited to have him. Its funny how your life can change
from one second to the other. Regrettably under advice
from our doctors we decided to terminate the pregnancy
at 31 weeks. That was the biggest mistake of our lives.
I feel as tough I robed myself of 9 weeks that I could
have shared with my baby.
Its been two
years now and it still hurts, but I'm just glad to have
my little angel in heaven taking care of me and waiting
for me.
We are now
expecting our second baby, due Sept. 7. Luckily all the
folic acid I took prevented her from having anen. I'm
thankful for her and my little angel. If anyone wants to
