ME |
Elizabeth is our
first child and only daughter. My
afp results came back high at about 22 weeks gestation.
the doctor was positive she would not be born alive
because her anencephaly was so severe.
He recommended that we
induce right away, so we did. and
it took 24 hours for her to be born.
My whole family and my
husband's mom were there the whole time. she was
stillborn. She
was given a bath and then we were able to hold her and
have her baptized. we then kissed her goodbye.
Since her birth, we have
been blessed with three healthy boys which we thank
God for every day.
We miss you
