Me
and my husband Jamie went in for a routine ultrasound and
found out she was a girl and also that they thought she
may have anencephaly. We were referred to another doctor
and with a level 2 ultrasound he told us she had
anencephaly and Spina Bifida. We were devastated. We
decided to induce two weeks later. Abagail was born still
on Nov. 17, 2000. She was so pretty and had such peace
upon her face. We were told later on that her diagnosis
was changed to iniencephaly and that it was more rare. We
are still hurting, but with God's help we will make it
through. I thank God for Mourning Mommies and for such
wonderful ladies to give me support. |
