Elkarma Systems is the first and only company in Egypt that acts as a Sales Representative for European and American companies in the IT and Telecom business. The idea of establishing a sales-rep company in was new to the Egyptian Market. The decision to render such service took place after a meeting between the main shareholders and one of the companies who had some difficulties in finding the right agent in Egypt and the Middle East. Our company started acting in the local market since Jan. 2000; while the managers and shareholders began working in the IT and telecom fields since 1993 in the Egyptian and the Middle East markets.
What is our goal?
Since the Egyptian market is booming in the IT and telecom industries, and there is a long series of companies waiting to find its way in this market, so Elkarma Systems can then act as a representative to these companies. We help them determine the right strategy for presenting their services and fit it in the right places with the right local companies.
What do we offer?
As soon as Elkarma Systems starts action, it gathers information, performs a market research and comes out with a detailed market study about the product and/or service needing to be marketed in Egypt and/or the Middle East. Throughout our commitment we shall work on establishing the product and/or service in the local and Middle East markets. We shall also keep our client updated with the information about our competitors in the local market. Nevertheless should we mention our after-sales services that follows the push-pull theory to give proper support to our distributors and help them maintain a good market share of our products.
