Dark Poems
Binding

Binding me to it
Dark and deep

I find my heart, full of terror
Bound to this world

The world I see,
All around me

This is my world
This cold, dry world I see around me
Come and Go

The wind will come and go,
The sorrow pain and dark will come and go

The love and dissapointment will come and go

We will all come and go...
but we'll never be the same after
No Way Mirror

As I stared deep within,
I saw no teeth nor grin.

It had to have some deeper meaning,
so as I stared horror struck-

memries stung like bees,
it was not a mirror,
just a window,
a window to my deepest thoughts, memories, and quiries

I spun around with tormenting gasps of horror!

I ran screaming until my lungs were like barren field- empty,
my heart pounding

"My life will ne'er be the same!",
I cried.

I stumbled to and fro,
side to side,
up and down the cold cobblestone streets.

All a blur to me.

I felt strange as if frozen in ice.
My brain was filled with too many memories,
most of them not mine, but strangely familiar.

I fell while walking down an alley.

The rest is all a blur.
That mirror shall stay in my memories forever.
Shadow

Shadow in the rain,
Shadow with the pain,
Shadow is the lost,
Shadow is the frost

Shadow can die,
Shadow will die without notice
Shadow knows no kindness,
Shadow knows no happiness

Take Me

Take me away,
from this hole-
this dark damp hole
bring me up to the light

Away from terror,
away from darkness,
away from evil

Bring me up,
then lay me down,
help me up,
lend me a hand.

take me to another land.
Sorrow Box

There he sat,
looking at them all-
never shall they see him,
through his blanket of sorrow

He is an outcast-
trapped in a box, in a room
he felt as if he had not existed
and there he paced in gloom
In his little room
As if he were in a zoo

He was trapped in a cage of loneliness
Isolated,
Until the end of his days
