Rocky Mountain Flowers

Bear Grass
Bear Grass is one of the most fascinating flowers I've found along Rocky Mountain trails. A member of the lily family, it consists of a torch-like cluster of hundreds of small creamy white flowers. I photographed these ones in 1995 in Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta.
