Mountain Bread Pizza

2 slices of Mountain Wheat Bread

1/3 cup of grated reduced- fat Mozzarella cheese.

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1-cup tomato- based pasta sauce

1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil

1 medium red or green capsicums, roasted, skinned and cut into thin strips

100g salt- reduced, lean leg ham, cut into thin strips

8 grinds black pepper

 

Spray a pizza tray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Preheat Oven to 220C. Place slices on prepared pizza tray. Spread sauce evenly, top with ham, capsicums, mushrooms, olives and cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately
