Smoked Salmon Pinwheel

  1 avocado

  10 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced

  1/4 cup mayonnaise

  4 slices of Mountain Bread

 

  Spread the avocado flesh on the bread slices. Place the salmon and top with mayonnaise.

  Roll it up and cut into 2 cm thick. Repeat with the other slices.
