Beef Rolls

 

Serves: 6-8. Cooking time 18 minutes.

Ingredients:

16 slices of Mountain Bread (choose from Whole Meal or High Fibre).

0.5kg premium mince beef, 1-tablespoon steak sauce.

1 stalk finely chopped celery, 1-teaspoon soy sauce.

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 2 teaspoons cornflour.

1 cup chopped mushrooms

 

Combine beef mince with celery, parsley, steak sauce and cornflour, mixing well. Scoop up beef with tablespoon and place along the edge of a bread slice and roll it up. Place rolls in baking tray and bake in the Oven at 200 C for about 18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into two and serve hot.
