The
well known Mountain Bread & Food Factory is a family business which
has been making healthy bread for years.
This traditional bread is new to Australia, but has been widely eaten

plastic bag away from heat and sunlight the bread will last longer,
and may also be frozen. It's thin, dry, soft texture is not doughy like

children, encouraging them to chew properly.
Mountain Bread can be used for all kinds of sandwiches - you can roll
it up with your favourite filling and is ideal for serving with all
meals and dips. It tastes delicious just spread with butter, and toasts
beautifully to give you great, crispy, toasted sandwiches. It even tastes
good when baked or toasted and crumbled into milk to serve as a breakfast
food.
You can even use the bread as a lasagna base instead of pasta or for
