| Moshe D. Katz Born in 1961 in Clevleand Ohio, 2nd of four boys. Began Training in the style of Shurin ryu under Sensei Chaim Jaffe in Israel. Returned to the US and trained in Los Angeles with Shidoshi Frank W. Dux (of Blood Sport fame) in the style of Ninjitsu. Relocated to New York to attend Bernard Baruch business school, began training in Kyokushin karate at the USA Oyama dojo of Saiko Shihan (now Soshu) Shigeru Oyama. After two years ofintensive training at the Oyama dojo returned to Israel in 1990. In Israel began training at the dojo of Sensei Itay Gil, currently a 5th degree black belt and a former trainer of Israel�s anti terror units. In March 1999 Moshe was promoted to second degree black belt in the arts of kickboxing (full-contact karate) and kenpo-jitsu (free style jujitsu and judo). 1993 - Founded Mitzpe Nevo Karate which ultimatly grew into Mountain Spirit Warrior Dojo, a dojo that trains in the arts of karate, kickboxing, judo, jujitsu, grappling and elements of Wing Chun kung fu. During yearly visit to the USA Moshe continues to train in karate, kung fu, and kickboxing. In Israel he continues to train at the dojo of Sensei Itay Gil. |
