Jujitsu Grappling Techniques
Arm locks from kesa gatame
Releases from kesa gatatame hold
 �Straight arm lock (as from kesa gatame) but without arm around neck. Do this from both directions.

Counter techniques to opponent resisting jujigatame (resisting byconnecting his hands). - 5
Arm locks around back.
Udi garame - 3 (arm locks while lying on opponents chest from side)
On your back, with your opponent leaning on top of you (back to you), interlock legs over his legs and choke him.
Counter to the above - If it is being done to you, place your heels on top of his and press down.
Defense for strike to side of head. Block inside to out, other hand grabs inside of elbow, hand on wrist, spin - takedown.
