In the appendix, method matters are explained: my hipothesis about the birth of Asturian culture; the reasons why I believe that modern folklore can explain some aspects of pre-Christian beliefs. Although I am not any scholar (I am studying mining engineering) I think I have managed to unfold an earnest and serious work. I am not any "wicca" believer, and I think the reason why no "serious" scholar has ever tried to explore the sources I have used in my essay, is simply that they don`t know them. There is a mutual lack of knowledge between Asturian and English-speaking scholars, since the first seldom study Celtic myths (in the University of Oviedo they have chosen Latin religion as an explanation for our myths),and Saxons ignore everything about Asturias and the NW corner of the Iberian Peninsula in general. I would be happy if a lasting collaboration started between experts from both sides of the sea, upon some of the topics that I hint. I enclose all my sources in my book, they are totally reliable. As to my conclusions, I have explained the road that led me to every one of them, and I think they are all reasonable
