Here is Evil-Lyn head mold variant as discovered and posted on He-Man.org by member THEGODBEAST whom also supplied the pictures. It is unclear at this time what the cause or motive behind the difference in head sculpt is, nor do we know the numbers in which the "Evil-Chin" variant exists. It has been reported that more than five exist as other fans have spoken up to say they have both versions. Production error or running change? Decide for yourself.

This Evil-Lyn appears to the be the normal and standard head mold. You can see it is long with an angular chin. This appears to be the most commonly found Evil-Lyn. |
This figure variant, known by fans as "Evil-Chin", has more compact head and distortions in the face mold are visible due to the compression of the mold. |
