Princess Adora / She-Ra

Adora is the princess of Eternos and Adam's twin sister. As a child, she was capyired by the Evil Horde as she slept. The Eternian warriors fought to retrieve her, but the Horde made a successful retreat. They stationed themselves on Etheria, Eternia's twin planet within the same system. Hordak then forced the Etherian people to work as slaves and began training Adora.

The witch Shadow Weaver sensed that a great goodness existed in Adora and that in order to keep her theirs, she must enchant her mind and hide the truth from her. Adora then grew to become Captain of the Horde Army.

Shortly after Adam's transformation to He-Man, the Sroceress of Greyskull had a premonition of Adora and awoke to find the Sword of Protection awakened and beckoning towards a space portal. The Sroceress contacted He-Man and he-man, Cringer and the Sword of Protection all made their way through the gate.

They arrived on Etheria where He-Man met his sister for the first time, as enemies. He tried to change her mind and nearly succeeded save Shadow Weaver's re-enchantment of her mind. As Adora slept, Hordak began to drain He-Man of his powers. Adora was awakened by a nightmare of the truth finding its way through to her. She wen to the collection chamber and was contacted by the Sorceress. There she learned that He-Man was her brother and it was up to her to save him.

She raised her sword high above her head and chanted the mystic words "For the Honour of Greyskull!" She was instantaneously transformed to She-Ra and saved her brother. She met her parents and made her final parting with the Horde. She remains on Etheria and leads the Great Rebellion to free Etheria from the Evil forces of Hordak.
