Zen (The art of relaxation and temper/anger control)

This fine art comes originally from Japan and had been practiced for many years

as we could see lots of people actually benefits from it. There are three levels

of this art which I could say to more or less control hypertension at the same time.

 

Methods of practice:-

1) Relax your body and shoulder blade for maximum effect (shoulder pointing downwards).

2) Free your mind (Your mind should not think of anything meaning blank).

3) Relax your breathing as your breathing will go slow.

 

Amount of time required for each level of practice:-

Level 1 is about 15 minutes with eyes open.

Level 2 is about 1 hour with eyes open or close.

Level 3 is about 2 hours with eyes closed.
