Sagara Sousuke is a young sergeant part of Mithril, an anti-terrorist military group not sponsored by any government. He is sent to Tokyo as an undercover high school student to protect Chidori Kaname from kidnapping by terrorist. Apparently, Kaname is one of the Whispered and is wanted by many terrorist groups.
