I have a 79 Z28 in I think better than mint condition. It's Bahama Blue with the 2stripe sticker kit (black, gray) Have center line convo pros with M/T tires 373 12bolt possi 427 Hp all chrome and anadized Gold on engine. oak console and custom made oak door panels. G.T. grant wood grain steering wheel Seats are gray tweed with the backs done in black. The car came from a junk yard it had been repode And in roof shape but alot of wor its now a trophy winner at all local car shows. Hope to make it to a Super Chevy this year to see how good it really is.

cool ss! you must be very proud to own it. i have a black '96 z/28 that has been modified w/ borla exhaust, 58 mm tb, 1.6 rockers, accel ig, moroso breather...... added hre 17 in. wheels, eibach springs sway bars and panhard bar and a ground effects package. nothing else looks quite like it. love hort shifting the thing...pulls like a tractor and corners like a slot car! have fun with your ss and beware of radar!

What's up Mike, just wanted to drop you a line. I've always been into Camaros, and I finally bought one in Dec.1996. My Dad and I ordered two '97 SS's in Aug.'96. He bought a black one and I got the Polo green. We ordered on the same day, took delivery on the same day and our car payments are same t the penny. Hey.. i like your car.. my Parents have two of there own camaros.. a 97 and a 79... the 97 kicks ass.. he got all the toys in it like leather interior and t tops..six speed but.. if you could e mail me something..what kind of hourse power did they put in he z 28s.. some people say 285 hp.. and some people tell us 305 with an aluminium bolk.. im just trying to figure that out..the sales guy told us 305 but who knows...
