CAPTAIN (Capt.): 3 open , 1closed
COMMANDER (Cmnd.): 4 open
Lt. COMMANDER (Lt.Cmnd.): 4 open
ANY OTHER POSITIONS: UNLIMITED ENROLLMENT
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:
1.Do not fire unless fired upon
2.Commander and under, do not enter a battle
unless authorized by a Captian or the Fleet Admiral
3.Only FA, Capt., Cmnd., and Lt.Cmnd. are allowed
to use ships for battle, unless authorized.
4.Report Battles to FA or Capt.....
