Buffalo Peaks Wilderness
On a very snowy April weekend Mark and I decided to go snowshoeing down at Buffalo Peaks Wilderness. After missing our turn, because we couldn't see anything, we got to the Rich Creek Trail Head at about 2:00am.
We camped out in my 4-runner and got up to hike around 10:00am. Had something to eat  then hit the trail. To the right is Mark & I entering Buffalo Peak Wilderness.
Mark must have been REALLY hungry to attack the Cheerios like that. But I guess it just gave him the energy to do Cannon balls into a snowbank.
I wasn't doing any cannon balls but it doesn't mean I was enjoying the snow.
We had to cross over the creek a few times on logs. I eventually gave up and sat my butt down and pushed my way across.
Of corse Mark thought it would be better to jump across.
Over all we had a great time even though we didn't reach our original destination.
