Why does spring tease us like this?

The weather predictions which are usually hit and miss,

Predicted all this that is giving me fits.

I can’t get my mitts,

On to a basketball court,

When it is cold and dreary which makes me have to abort,

My plans to play,

And reschedule them for another day.
