Childhood portrait?

Daddy makes the green,

Mommy keeps me clean.

This is how it will be,

Just you wait and see.

Daddy and me play ball.

Daddy catches me when I fall.

Daddy finds no need to yell,

Cause everything is swell.

Mommy loves Daddy,

And the both love me,

There is never any doubt,

Cause they don't scream and shout.

Encouragement is what I'm fed.

I never question what Daddy said,

Because Daddy loves me with all his heart,

And Daddy plays his part.

Mommy is always around,

I know where Mommy can be found.

Mommy keeps everything clean.

Mommy takes me to be scene.

My innocense wasn't taken,

And being is never shaken,

Because I'm protected,

And never neglected.

My mind is treasured,

And my parents take great pleasures,

In making me reach my potential.

What I think is actually consequential.

Daddy is proud of me,

I know it cause Daddy say it to me.

Daddy thinks I'm smart.

Daddy says I'm as sharp as a dart.

Daddy Loves me,

Mommy smothers me,

That how it is see.

I'm jus so lucky.
