was a member of the West End Business Owners Association to bring martial arts into prospective for the local business community. He became a respectable asset to the local Law Enforcement Agency. Master MacGregor traveled through-out the Olympic Peninsula giving seminars as well as holding tournaments.
With American Kenpo being so unfamiliar, prospective students were often hesitant to begin classes, but it wasn't long before American Kenpo was known in Forks and the students were bringing home 1st and 2nd place tournament trophies. These same students were also responsible for coining the phrase kenpo junkies.
After relocating to Tennessee in late 1999, Master MacGregor has provided Nashville with the ability to learn from the Parker system of Kenpo. He has established the Tennessee Katana Kenpo Alliance and continues to teach those from Washington and Tennessee. Mr. MacGregor is continuing his studies in Advanced Concepts through Dr. Chapel.

Sonia MacGregor a.k.a. MeMtsuka쩙
American Kenpo Assistant Instructor

She has been teaching the Introduction classes for our schools for 3 1/2 years. Mrs. MacGregor also leads the warm-ups and assists with the white through orange belt classes.
Without Mrs. MacGregor, none of the schools would have ever gotten off the ground. All of our students and Master MacGregor owe her a great deal of thanks. This includes our beautiful web site you see here... Much thanks to her magic fingers. Aside from teaching, she also works full time dealing with the public. To top it off, she is a mother. All of these responsibilities she does at 150 percent. Mrs. MacGregor also took home the -Womens Grand Champion Kumite- in Aberdeen, Wa.
