| Care Team: Our Care team's purpose is to reach out and support our members in times of need, such as during the birth of a child, a death in the family, an extended illness, surgery, or hospitalization. The coordinator organizes ways to help ease the stress of the situation, such as, members bringing meals, arranging play dates and/or childcare, or simply visiting to provide comfort. |
