PEEL POTATO AND BOIL UNTIL SOFT. DRAIN AND RETURN TO POT. ADD CREAM AND MILK. HEAT TO A BOIL ADD VELVETA CHEESE INTO SOUP AND LET MELT. ADD INSTANT POTATO IF SOUP ISN'T THINK ENOUGH. THEN PUT INTO BOWL AND SERVE WITH BACON BITS AND CHOPPED GREEN ONION
