3/4 CUP MARGARINE      1 TSP. VANILLA
1 PACKAGE (12 OZ) CHOCOLATE CHIPS ( I USE MILK CHOCOLATE )
COMBINE SUGAR,MARGARINE, AND MILK. BRING TO A BOIL AND STIR CONSTANTLY. BOIL 5 MINUTES, MEDIUM HEAT, OR TO 238. REMOVE AND ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS UNTIL MELTED. ADD MARSHMELLOW CREAM, AND VANILLA. BLEND AND PUT INTO A 9 BY 13 INCH PAN. MAKES 3 POUNDS
