("Close your eyes and I'll kiss you....")!

Here's another artifact. Alias it's a very bad picture. It's a 1965 single I love you (yes I do) / Why by Johnny & his Cellar Rockers. Johnny (far right) is of course Jan Akkerman, later of the Hunters, Brainbox and Focus!
1966 THE HUNTERS
Russian Spy and I / Spring ***

 Dutch release: RCA VICTOR 47-9656 - Produced by the Hunters
This single was released in 1966 and was Jan's first hit. He's as well the leadsinger of the band! This record made him famous in Holland A second single came out later in that year and was called: JANOSH.

There's also a 1964 single with Jan singing a Beatle-cover: Close your eyes[all my loving].This group was called Johnny and his Cellar Rockers.

1976 Crackers & Wings of Strings

 Crackers came from the Jan Akkerman album.

 Jan played A childs fantasy to the Queen of the Netherlands and so it was released as a single in Holland. It never appeared on an album.
1981 Oil in the Family - Crude Mix

 Oil in the family featured two special remixes from the album of the same name.
1990 Prima Donna

 Prima Donna came from the Noise of Art album.
1990 Trojan Horse

 Trojan Horse came from the Noise of Art album.
