This is a strange single featuring Joop Braakhekke plus Thijs van Leer and his 'New Age' band Conxi. It mixes a European disco beat with African rhythms and is the sort of thing you might find on an African MOR station.
The song is featured twice; once with vocals, courtesy of Mr Braakhekke, and the second being instrumental with Thijs van Leers flute taking the lead.

Joop Braakhekke is a well known cook who has a fine restaurant in Amsterdam. He also appears on tv with his own cooking program, he does that in a very unusual way, very fine recipes, but he's never serious.
Nielullemadoen is a contraction from Niet lullen maar doen, this means something like: Don't talk bullshit but just do it. I think perhaps it was released for carnival.
