I live in the beautiful Barony of Winter's Gate in the Principality of Oertha (that is Fairbanks Alaska to most folks). I have lived her for 23 years, and I will probably not ever leave. Besides, there is a lot to keep me busy.
As a member of the SCA, I find a lot of activities to be involved in. I am the current Arts and Sciences officer as well as the Chatelaine of our Barony. I am also the current children's activity officer. I am a member of the Lacemakers guild as well as the needleworkers guild as well as a weaver.
My husband, Lord Griffin Garret, is also a member of the SCA and is a woodworker at heart. He is also an excellent kitchen steward and cook. (He is actually better at it than I am!)
We are raising three children in these current middle ages, and they are having a blast. Hopefully we will be able to bring them up with the honor and courtesty that we so enjoy in the SCA.
