"But what about vitamins? Isn't my breastmilk deficient as my baby grows?" In almost all cases, vitamins are not necessary for your baby.  This goes not only for vitamins in general, but for specific vitamin and mineral supplements that are often suggested by your pediatrician, such as iron, fluoride, and Vitamin D.  And yes, this is usually true even if your diet is not ideal.  In most cases, the only one who will suffer from your poor dietary choices is you -- your body will provide for your nursling by taking from its stores to make your baby's milk.
