The caption reads:
Horse: very good, head is at or slightly in front of the vertical, as it should be; left ear indicates attention to the rider, probably her left leg, right ear is paying attention to something in front of him Rider: decent rein contact, but there is not a straight line between elbow, wrist and bit; her elbow should come down. Body alignment should be a straight line between ear, shoulder, hip and ankle (for moving forward in a straight line). Here the rider's lower leg is slightly forward, but not too badly. She could stretch up a bit (lengthen upper body, push out her stomach a bit, and make certain she can feel her weight evenly on her seatbones).
