Crust:
1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tb Margarine, Melted
Mix all ingredients well, press into bottom of 9" springform
pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Filling:
3 8 oz packages cream cheese
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Combine cream cheese, brown sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Blend in vanilla; stir in chopped pecans. Pour over crust. Bake at 450º, for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250º, for 30 minutes. Cool in oven with with door open. Refridgerate 12 hours or overnight before serving.
Garnish:
Brush with maple syrup; top with pecan halves.
